Been in the BPO industry for 11 years now. My biggest strenghts are empathy and great communication skills. I want to make sure to provide the best resolution on their first call and provide excellent customer experience. Putting myself on my customers shoes and making them feel that I listen to them and know exactly or understand their needs will create great experience that will lead the customer to trust me.
