I had been in the outsource industry since 2006. I started my career as a customer service representative for Verizon business, one for the largest telecommunications company in the US. My tasks includes mostly account maintenance, billing, and order entry. in 2008, I joined SPI Global where I worked as an advanced customer service representative for a direct broadcast satellite company, Dish network. We handled mostly technical problems, billing disputes, order entry, appointment setting and a little of up selling on the side. Last 2011 I became a virtual worker.Working home based was hitting 2 birds with one stone. I was a Real Estate Virtual assistant to a real estate broker in Las Vegas. My tasks includes doing health and safety, turning utilities on and off, paying utilities via vendor websites, listing for sale properties in the multiple listing system, submitting contracts, taking inbound calls, and making outbound calls to agents and home owners association, submitting bids to property managers are just some of the things I do in a daily basis,I also have another client where I was doing Broker's Price Opinion. The last employer I had was from Australia. I was doing appointment setting, Facebook and twitter management. Posting ads on free websites and payroll. My years of experience has taught me how to think on my feet and to take everything as an opportunity. I am a goal oriented person, and team player.
