I have an experience as an Amazon Virtual Assistant managing client’s Amazon Seller Account, Ebay and other platforms. I analyze Keepa and Camelizer to keep track of the items that has a great history of price trends and determining sales rank. I also research on daily finds of high sale items. I also come up with suggested buy and list price for all items. I do repricing on items depending on rules. I keep track of the inventory. I track orders from shipments to deliveries. I follow up on missing orders, refunds and cancellations. I monitor sales and FBA reimbursements. I file disputes for reimbursements.
I worked for 2 years and 8 months for an E-commerce company based in New Jersey. I processed orders for a year. I have shown great efficiency in accomplishing my tasks, so I was given the privilege to work on added tasks like processing refunds, cancellations and returns. My efforts were greatly appreciated and was entrusted with another task for a different line of business which was the rewards program.
I worked on several projects like image tagging, categorization, content checking, price comparison and so much more.
