Later, working in Kuwait as a receptionist for a premium aviation service company and as part of the hospitality sector, I gained firsthand experience in client relations, problem-solving, and ensuring top-notch customer satisfaction. In 2025, I completed in-depth training in Meta Ads (Facebook Advertising), specializing in campaign setup, audience targeting, and ad optimization for e-commerce and dropshipping businesses. I successfully ran campaigns that increased brand awareness and drove customer traffic, with results such as reaching 15,000 people in just a few days, generating consistent store visits, and boosting online orders.
