I am a team player, creative, resourceful, and energetic. I can work in a fast-paced environment. I can be trained and start at work as soon as possible. I have a complete work-from-home setup. I have experience working remotely and able to handle the tools easily. I can work with minimal supervision.

I have experience in inbound/outbound phone calls, email inquiries, even chat support. I can do data entry and other administrative tasks, I am willing to be trained. I know how to send daily, weekly and monthly reports. I was also a technical representative and giving basic and blind troubleshooting steps to help the customers. I always make sure to meet their expectations and follow the following protocols and procedures.

For non-BPO work experiences, I was a Passenger Service Agent from an airline company, A travel consultant from a Corporate Travel Agency and has the ability to book and reserve flights, I even work for rest days if there is an emergency. I have experienced from and airline operations to work overtime every day and completes 12hrs of duty per day.

I even do research and learn how to be a graphic designer as I really do love seeing drawings and other forms of art. I am doing a logo for branding, do personalized portraits in my own artistic way. I earn money as wells by using my art skills.

Even if I have experienced almost every industry or field of work, I still want to learn new things and learning is actually a great investment because knowledge, skills, experience, or training can benefit me and the clients too.
