Hi, I am Mary Rose. I am a well-skilled and hardworking accountant who completes and makes every given tasks successfully. I have a dynamic 10 years of working experience in various fields that includes: 9 years experience in accounting field and a year experience in BPO Company (call center as market researcher, customer service representative and technical support staff). In my entire 10 years of working experience I’ve already worked with 8 companies. Among those 8 companies that I’ve been with, 3 of those were in property management or into Real Estate, 2 of those engaged in BPO (call center companies), 1 of those engaged in Manufacturing of food products, and 1 of those engaged in Hardware products and the last one is engaged in car rentals. These experiences helped me in achieving my tasks due to every acquired skill that I earned during my stay in each company.

Majority of my experience falls into property management based in Texas, United States of America. In over 3000 plus properties handled in the past company as an Accounts Payable Data entry who is responsible for securing invoices for payment from suppliers for each property whether for utilities, maintenance, Home Owners Association payables, etc. Currently I am working as an accountant in my client handling almost 200 properties which responsibilities are mainly maintaining ledger records for each property we are managing, provides action to owners and US government housing relating to moving out and moving in of occupants of various properties, records government subsidy rent payments, records accounts payable of maintenance for available work orders done.

Moreover, I’ve been into each type of business department such as in: Treasury, Sales, Finance, Compensation and Benefits, Tax Remittance, Purchasing and Operations.
