experienced working on different kinds of tasks such as managing Social Media Accounts,
Internet Marketing, Email Marketing, Data entry, Blogging, Research, Appointment
Setting and Customer Service/Support (email, chat and phone). Most recently, I worked
as a Customer Service Representative for a Shipping Company, where my responsibilities
include handling customer complaints/inquiries, merchandise returns, calling customers
