I am a fully dedicated Virtual Assistant and I've been working in this industry for almost 3 years. I previously worked with 123 Employee, one of the most popular Outsourcing Company, for 3 years. I have experienced working on different kinds of tasks such as managing Social Media Accounts, Internet Marketing, Email Marketing, Data entry, Blogging, Research, Appointment Setting and Customer Service/Support (email, chat and phone). Most recently, I worked as a Customer Service Representative for a Shipping Company, where my responsibilities include handling customer complaints/inquiries, merchandise returns,calling customers for delivery confirmation and damaged merchandise.
