My experience of working as a Customer Service Representative had taught me about resolving customer concerns as soon as possible. It also developed my ability to work in a team and most importantly, it helped me in making decisions that are best for my customers. Although I'm new to freelancing, I guarantee that I'm well equipped with enough skills to cater to your needs. 

As an engineering graduate, my skills in analysis and problem solving were greatly developed and these two will be of great help in performing the tasks that I’ll be working with.

I’m also proficient in using Microsoft Office. Most importantly I can easily adapt to a new working environment.
