I used to worked in call centers (BPO) for the past 10 years. My position was a customer service representative(financial and telephone companies) and also worked as a workforce specialist. These work experiences equipped me with great familiarity with the usage of Microsoft Word, emails, online payments, social media and basic Microsoft Excel.
I work with integrity as always and do find ways to go beyond of what is expected of me by my boss/superior and colleagues. I am honest which means if there are things I do not understand I do ask to make sure I will do the job right and according to what is needed.
