I am a customer service advocate for 6 years. Over the phone, through chat or email, I try my best to make sure I satisfy the customer's need at the same time making sure that the company also wins in the process.
I started working remotely in 2015, and I love it. Knowing that I help a business/individual at the comfort of my home while being hands-on with my kids is priceless. I am used to multi-tasking, and if you ask me how I do it, proper time management is the key.
I am proficient in Microsoft Office Word and Excel, Google Docs and Spreadsheet, GoogleDrive, Dropbox, Skype, and Trello. Over the years, I have worked on several other web-based applications. With that being said, I am confident to say that I know my way around a computer.
If given the chance, I would like to work on Social Media Marketing, eCommerce, Accounting, and HR. I am always on the lookout to learn something new.
