I've been working in multinational companies for 10 years doing administrative support for Sales, Marketing, Training and Regulatory Affairs so data entry, web research, and coordination with counterparts are not new to me.

I’ve done basic accounting for my superiors handling their reimbursements, accruals for marketing projects, managing expenses for training, and handling ageing reports for the Sales Team. I also have experience in handling sales orders and customer complaints via phone and email.

Recently, I immersed myself as a Community Moderator for Freelancers In the Philippines (FLIP) FB group and a general VA intern for the VA Bootcamp FB page. As Community Moderator, I moderated and engaged in FB posts and comments to make sure our page is a safe place to interact and is spam-fee. Also, I answered questions about freelancing and VA Bootcamp related inquiries using ManyChat and FB Messenger. I did both written and graphic post contents to share info in the community. I also did ghostwrite for Welcome Posts to new members. Using WordPress, I edited and proofread some blogs. With these various tasks, it gave me an on-the-spot working knowledge of Trello and Canva.
