I've been with Quality Team for 5 years and a certified Accenture Certified Quality
Associate. I had 10 months of experience as Junior Quality Lead. As a JTL, I oversee the team in all aspects of quality performance including establishing metrics, applying best practices, and develop and processes to ensure quality goals are met. I ensure all development tasks are met through planning, execution and tracking.
While I've been a Quality Specialist prior to being a JTL. I was able to handle different Data analytics and Quality tasks such as Quality Audits according to the company's standard and requirements data collection, data interpretation/analysis and data presentation to the stakeholders.
I was a Customer Service for more than 1 year where provide and support superior service via chat, email and phone calls are my main tasks.
