My goal is to be one of the most reliable freelancers. I am very much willing to be trained and yet can be depended on. I have experience in customer service, sales, order-taking, chat support, email management, and data entry. I've been working in the BPO Industry since 2006. I have handled several accounts with various responsibilities which developed my skills in awarding excellent, effective, and efficient results as per my job's responsibility. I am now in search of new and challenging responsibilities that will help me broaden my knowledge.

I have experience in answering sales inquiries, placing orders, warranty, billing, exchange, refunds, and return merchandise authorization, checking updates on order status, processing cancellations, replacements, and providing after-sales service. Working with Suppliers and checking stock availability, and coordinating with the dispatch team for service orders.
