My name is Mary Jane Apa, and I’m a remote administrative and dispatch professional based in Cebu City, Philippines, with hands-on experience supporting U.S.-based operations in logistics, transportation, and customer service. Currently, I work full-time as a Team Manager and Executive Assistant to the CEO of a U.S.-based logistics company. I’m highly proficient with tools like Slack, Google Workspace, Canva, CRM systems, Samsara, and Unishippers, and I’m quick to learn new platforms. I’m also comfortable working night shifts aligned with U.S. time zones and managing tasks independently in a remote setup. I have a strong sense of accountability, a calm presence under pressure, and a natural ability to prioritize tasks while supporting both internal teams and clients.
