I can say that I am very new to the virtual world. But, I am loaded with Office Administration and Customer Service skills. I was nominated "Employee of the Year" during my Customer Service years in one of the telecommunication giants in the Philippines. During those years, I interacted with all kinds of subscribers from the nice ones to the not-so-nice ones. My responsibilities included subscription sales, after-sales, and customer retention.
