I have been working as a Customer Service Representative / Technical Support for the past 10 years, I would say that I am confident handling customer's concerns up to the resolution process.
I know that I have no experiences at all working remotely for a direct client, but will definitely be willing to be trained and be an asset to your company.

I have been working as a Customer Service Specialist / Technical Support Representative in 4 different BPO Companies here in the Philippines. I have handled US Telco, Financial Services, Food Delivery and Healthcare Insurance clients.

Send emails and reports each end of day
-Tracks and records minutes of meeting
-Schedule call backs if necessary
