For more than 6 years, I have worked with a local real estate and a BPO company before in accounting field specializing in accounts payable, fixed assets and general ledger.
Accounts Payable:
• Process payment requests for goods and services by preparing batches of invoices for data entry
• Analyze invoices and expense reports
• Disbursed petty cash and process cash advances by verifying documentation
Fixed Asset:
• Capitalize assets by creating the assets in the system
• Ensure that fixed assets and depreciation are applied in accordance to the company’s accounting policies by providing quality check of invoices if the set-up of fixed asset category is correct
• Adjust depreciation/amortization schedule of assets
• Write-off/disposal of assets
General Ledger:
• Journal entry preparation and post the journals for fixed assets that should be reclassified to expense
• Charge expenses to proper accounts and cost centers
• Post accruals and ensure that clearing accounts should have zero balance
Accounting system experience:

• SAP ERP
