Mary Grace Carnice

I am Mary Grace Carnice, 28 years of age and an experienced Customer Support Representative. I am really interested in the job position of Customer Service/ Virtual Assistant Freelancer.

Ever since I was a kid, I already loved everything about the English language itself and communicating using that language, maybe that's why I am very confident in this line of work. I even took Bachelor of Arts in Communication because of my fondness to write, read and speak in English language. I know that with my four years in this industry I can already handle administrative tasks and I am an effective and efficient freelancer. I surely work with integrity, and I am a fast learner to new things, I can work under minimum attention or supervision, I am very particular with details and very straight forward when it comes to work. I have been a Customer Support Representative for more than 7 years already, I just decided to look for a home-based job when this pandemic started, I found it very convenient for me and this is surely the safest way as of today to provide for my family. I encountered mostly all the kinds of customers you can think of, and I learned to handle and overcome them all.
