I have been in the Customer Service industry for 10 years, 9 years in a corporate or office set up and 1 year as a freelancer. I started my career taking customer calls and worked my way up in the Training and Development department. As an Expert Trainer, I have mastered class facilitation, doing Training-Needs-Analysis and module development. Through these experiences, I also have developed skills in writing as these are essential in knowledge transfers. I am creative and analytical, a combination of what employers need.
