I have been to the world of Customer Service for more than a decade now. Normally my exposures were from Telecommunications Industry, Local and International. I went into Sales for IT and Cleaning Industry. I was a Trainer for Call Center Finishing Courses under an accredited Training Center of TESDA. During my stay in Call Center Industry, I went thru various position, started as Customer Service Representative, I was a Quality Assurance Officer, Trainer, and Team Lead. I had also a stint with Human Resources, I was an Employee Engagement Specialist wherein I had to be like a Life Coach to the Employees to boost their motivation for work and be efficient.
With this exposure and work experience made me equip and discipline what I am today. I believe if we are to be working together, we will have a good business partnership which will last for a long time.
