I have been a virtual assistant and appointment setter for real estate since December 2013. I am doing various administrative tasks aside from contacting real estate leads. I managed several CRM systems like Follow Up Boss, Mojo, Commissions Inc, and Market Leader. I do internet research, data entry, skip tracing, forum posting, creating reports, managing calendars and social media, creating blogs and processing of documents. I have great communication skills which I gained during my tenure as a Training Specialist in the BPO Industry. I have been an Appointment Setter for real estate companies. My experience gave me proficiency in the English language, excellence in customer service and expertise in multitasking. I am good in communicating with various types of customers. I can adapt to different personality types and pacify irate customers.

I use G Suite, VOIPs and Microsoft Office on a daily basis. I also have DISC profile which states that I am steadfast and dependable. I have Macbook Pro and Macbook Air for back up. I have broadband internet connection and pocket wifi for back up.
