I have a good home office which runs on a 16mbps internet connection, my headset has noise reduction features and I also have a desktop and laptop. I have gained various skills from working in the BPO Industry since I was able to handle different accounts, from telco to financial, handling technical support, medical insurance and financial accounts.

I am adept at managing day to day work flow activities, from providing administrative support. My past experiences can benefit the company. I am reliable and I do value the trust given to me by my client. My ultimate career goal is to grow with a company that is passionate about what they do,works above and beyond for their clients, and is well known for their explicit services.
