From a 5-year freelance EA stint, to EA to the Founder/CEO at a global marketing, Canada-based agency dubbed as “one of the best at SOPs in the industry”, to designing the entire tech stack at Honored - I thoroughly enjoy and am hardwired to build powerful systems.
• I am able to build trust and connect with everyone from IT CEOs to sales professionals (thank you, ambivert personality!): I have held leadership positions on sales, operations, HR, customer success, and product teams, giving me a holistic view of how teams run.
• I have diverse experiences working at companies at every stage of growth from seed to public corporate companies: I know what it looks like to go from 0 > 1 and scale and grow effectively.

My best work stems from working as a collaborative, individual contributor through cross-functional efforts to build effective and powerful systems. Although not required, I would welcome my next opportunity as an overseer of a small team to further build my leadership capabilities. My focus is to step into a team that will allow me to make an impact, grow and be challenged, and work with amazing, intellectual people in a mission-driven environment.
