Mary Antonette Salut

My name is Mary Antonette, I have an overall work experience of 3 years, less than a year of experience in the BPO industry, and 1 year in the Hotel and Tourism Industry (Receptionist). I am passionate about customer service, and social media management and have a strong background in Customer Service Support. In my current role as Customer Service Representative and a Receptionist, I have utilized my skills and expertise to complete tasks on time while also exceeding their expectations with the quality of my work.

I have a personal experience with Social Media Management since I had a Business with Skincare products way back in 2021 but due to the storm, I stopped my business. So basically I am the only one handling my Business's social media these include editing/taking pictures, engaging customers’ inquiries, creating my taggings and captions, handling the weekly sales and reporting, Monitor daily and weekly analytics of visitors, content creation, knowing the algorithm with the specific social media this includes Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.

This achievement has given me a sense of accomplishment and helped build my confidence to be an aspiring virtual assistant. I also have the relevant skills and knowledge to be considered for employment in this position at your company.

In my free time, I enjoy creating social media content and am always looking for ways to improve and learn more in this area. I am excited to continue pursuing my interests and expanding my knowledge in Social Media Industry. It has also helped to establish me as a reliable and trustworthy member of the community, and I am excited to continue building my reputation and expanding my skills in this field even if I don't have an experience in this specific field which is being a Virtual Assistant.
