CONSTANT LEARNING is THE KEY to IMPROVE ONESELF, and that is why I always research about things that i want or need to know, and explore other possibilities and not limit myself to what i am already capable of doing. It has been my passion to be of help to others and at the same time learn new skills because i want to improve myself and gain more knowledge, and broaden my horizon. It is important for me to give my 100% dedication and hard work in order to deliver the best results (at least in my opinion). It is important for me to always keep in mind the welfare of the client and how my assistance would help them thrive in their business or any endeavor. I have worked in Human Resources Department which honed my ability in doing multiple tasks and meeting a deadline. My short administrative experience helped my superiors lighten their workload through my helpful assistance, and achieved the set goal in our department. My long career was in real estate which lasted for a full time of 5 years and freelance after that. It developed my very good customer service, enhanced my interpersonal relations, it gave me more patience, and it brought out the creative side in me in order to achieve desired result that translated to sales and happy clients. I made proposal letters and invites using MS Word, invitation letters and flyers for our open house and other events using MS PowerPoint, and sample computations in MS Excel. I am currently learning Adobe Illustrator CS6 and HTML5 through self-study in YouTube videos. I am also building a website for our small family-owned business in WordPress. These are self-study because I am determined to gain new skills and I want to keep on learning.
