Hi I'm Mary! I have more than 13 years experience as Executive Assistant/PA to the top management, CEO and Managing Directors.

During the last 2 years, I had worked as a Client Relationship / Account Manager for a company with business expertise in global projects tracking, events management, digital and multimedia production and industry specific publishing.

Prior to this, I had 9 years working experience in the field of 3rd party inspection, certification and commissioning in the Middle East and Malaysia as an Executive Assistant/Office Manager/Commercial Manager supporting the Commercial and Business Development Director.

I am now a Virtual Assistant available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. With my extensive experience, my multi-tasking skills are far more than excellent. I am trained with leadership capability. Hardworking, self motivated, flexible, dynamic, reliable, can work under pressure and can meet deadlines, team worker with minimal supervision and highly responsive to job priorities, and has a keen determination to succeed.
