Greetings! My name is Ann, I have been a working remotely for almost 6 years now.

I have started working for an Amazon client as a Virtual Assistant doing several administrative functions. I worked my way up on being the company's Customer Support Manager. I also helped create a structure for the business and helped in training new hires. I have a vast experience in handling people as I have been a Branch Manager in a mall-based setting for 6 years. This managerial job includes weekly coaching sessions to improve the customer experience.

I have more than 5 years of experience working in the BPO/Call Center industry that was catering to Canadian and UK clients, we were handling escalations and helping clients manage their accounts and banking transactions and this role honed my communication skills.

Before I changed my career, I used to work as an HR and Admin Officer for a local company reporting directly to the company's Corporate Secretary and Legal Counsel. Because of my diligence and will to have a positive difference in the company, I've also supported other departments like the Accounting Department, Sales and Marketing Department, and Engineering Department.
