I handled and performed different roles such as Reservation Coordinator, Customer Service Officer, Sales & Marketing Admin Assistant and Marketing Communications Officer within Insurance, Real Estate and Agro Chemicals Industries.
I have advanced skills in customer administrative management, order processing, branding, advertising and integrated marketing communications planning & execution. I also have knowledge in MS Office, SAP, basic Photoshop, Video Editing, WordPress, Canva, and Mail Chimp. I have a lot of experienced in event management, campaign activation, A&P management and with bags of network to local advertising/media agencies and suppliers of promotional materials.
Working in Customer Marketing, I acquired the habit of being organized, keen to details, creative and very result and customer oriented. But the most important value I learnt, more than advertising and selling is creating connections between people and product.
