than six years of experience. I am adept at handling the most recent
operating system server-based and client-based versions and editions,
Microsoft Office on-premises / Office 365 both Consumer and for
Enterprise, and other software-related products. Six (6) months with
Teleperformance Philippines Inc. as a CSR support for Health Insurance
gave me extensive phone handling skills.
Whatever company I worked for, I was adept at learning and developing
my skills. Ability to provide exceptional services and competently handle
customers in providing what is best for their business. Appropriate
service for issues relating to company service. I dealt with a diverse
range of customers from various industries. I had strong organizational,
