I am tenacious, motivated, and have a strong work ethic. I am attentive, good at managing multi-task roles, diligent, creative and I do my best to manage my job well. Once I'm used to the process, I observe and take initiative to improve it. I just don't stay on a specific task given to me; instead, if I sense that it's needed in a job, I improvise something better to make work more efficient.

I handled technical tasks, competent call handling, and basic troubleshooting for customers experiencing issues with Windows Servers, Client-OS types such as Windows 11, 10, 8, 7, on all editions: Home, Pro, and Enterprise, Office Applications both on-premises and in the cloud, and other professional Microsoft applications. I assist and resolve technical issues. Specialized task creating and activating support contracts for eligible company members only that based in Australia and New Zealand.

I was named the first Champion for Customer Service in the Asia Region (within the company only) in 2018, and Best in Quality for Customer Handling in 2019. 

I was taking calls, email and verifies the issues and route customers to the local support department ▪ Handles both business and consumer products ▪ Creates contracts for technical support (MS Partners/MSDN/MVP members Only) ▪ Serves as licensing consultant (APAC) ▪ SME – supports/help other new colleague on their new cases received.

Aside from these, I have previous experience as Customer Service Representative for Health Insurance and home-based job as a Website Builder, which allowed me to create, develop and post advertisements on websites provided by the Client. 

With those skills, I hope I was able to capture your attention, and I want to continue developing them and sharing my knowledge with whatever company I can work with.
