I am interested to work as a Home Based Customer Service Representative. I have had experiences with the Business Processing Outsource (BPO) industry for 7 years here in the Philippines and was exposed to both local and foreign clients/ customers. I am confident that I have the interpersonal skills in handling different kinds of people.

My work experiences majorly focused on customer service through phone, email and chat channels. I learned patience and hard work while working with a number of BPO companies in Metro Manila. Aside from the technical skills that I have acquired, I also got to learn to maximize and effectively use available resources to be able to provide satisfactory service. On top on all these, I fully understood the importance of strong work ethics.
