I have 3 years experience in Customer Service mostly working as a Chat Representative assisting U.S and Canadian customers. I was trained in 2 of the most largest call center in the Philippines and was also able to work in sales and collections companies.

With my sales and collections background, I am results driven and have high respect for maintaining confidentiality of records. I also have good organization and data entry skills with an average typing speed of 42 words per minute.
