I am an organized and professional virtual assistant that handles all communications with the company from a remote position. As a virtual assistant, I am responsible for responding to emails and phone calls, scheduling meetings, booking travel accommodations, managing a contact list, preparing customer spreadsheets and keeping online records, organizing managers’ calendars, performing market research, creating presentations, as assigned, address employees administrative queries, provide customer service as the first point of contact and many more.
