I am a Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), a Project Manager and Agile Professional. I hold a Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) degree. I lead a team of 116 Junior Business Analysts, Software Developers, Database Administrators, Monitoring and Evaluation officers and Programmers.

I led a team that developed and deployed an infectious diseases dashboard, using Tableau and Power BI leading to accurate prediction of imminent disease outbreak leading to a successive fall in the year on year average of at least 19% over the last 3 years. In addition, I led the development team that designed and deployed our Customized Electronic Medical Records (EMRs) that now stores and manage the medical records of 1,357,500 patients in our 445 Primary Healthcare Clinics across Edo State, enhancing the digital philosophy of my organisation. In addition , I worked with cross functional teams, bridging technical requirements and business needs, leading to the design and deployment of a new platform that enhanced revenue by 135% within one year.
