I have over two years of experience as a Customer Support Agent, working for two different companies. At Influx, from October 2021 to April 2023, I effectively communicated with customers via email and successfully diagnosed and resolved their problems. During my time at IBEX Global, from September 2020 to September 2021, I handled inbound calls, assessed customers' needs, and provided appropriate guidance. I also ensured that customer issues were escalated correctly when necessary. In addition to my experience as a Customer Support Agent, I have also worked as a Spa Receptionist. As a Spa Front Desk Receptionist, I was responsible for greeting guests, answering phone calls, and providing assistance with inquiries related to spa services and products. I efficiently managed appointment bookings, checked guests into the computer system, and processed payments for services rendered. My role as a Spa Receptionist allowed me to further develop my customer service skills and provided me with the opportunity to ensure a pleasant and seamless experience for spa guests.
