I am a Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) with a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science and a strong passion for technology, community engagement, and problem-solving. My academic background and certification have equipped me with a solid understanding of networking principles and hands-on experience with critical network infrastructure, including switches, routers, and firewalls. I am confident in configuring and managing these devices, a skill I continually sharpen through real-world application and ongoing learning.

One of the most fulfilling projects I’ve worked on was developing and deploying a website for Jiamini Football Club, a local youth sports organization. This experience allowed me to merge my technical expertise with my passion for community service. In addition to designing the website, I was also responsible for supporting all IT equipment within the club. My efforts ensured the smooth operation of club activities and included integrating digital payment systems to streamline registration and other services. This role required not just technical ability, but also adaptability, attention to detail, and proactive communication with both staff and members of the club.

Beyond my technical contributions, I am also deeply involved in volunteer work. I serve as a youth coach at Jiamini Football Club, training children and teenagers aged 5 to 18. This role has helped me develop strong interpersonal and leadership skills, as well as patience and the ability to inspire and guide young people. Coaching has taught me the value of clear communication, empathy, and creating an environment where every individual feels valued and motivated to grow.

I take great pride in being someone who enjoys helping others and solving problems. Whether it's troubleshooting IT issues, coaching a child through a tough practice session, or optimizing a network setup, I thrive when I can make a meaningful difference. I bring a positive attitude, a solution-oriented mindset, and a willingness to learn to every challenge I face. I am now looking to further grow in the IT field—particularly in roles that allow me to contribute my skills to impactful projects, work collaboratively with others, and continue building on my passion for both technology and service. My goal is to be part of a team where innovation, continuous improvement, and helping others are at the core of the mission.
