Martin Gill

I am a senior software developer with over 12 years of experience in backend and full-stack development, specializing in PHP, Symfony, TypeScript, and AWS infrastructure. From 2013 to 2024, I worked at Ingot Portal, starting as a PHP Developer and progressing to Lead Developer and then Engineering Manager. In this role, I led cross-functional teams to build scalable SaaS platforms for clients in the logistics and finance sectors.

Over the years, I’ve held diverse roles with a focus on API development, DevOps automation, and system integration. My work consistently involves delivering high-performance applications, optimizing cloud infrastructure using AWS (including EC2, RDS, and Lambda), and maintaining CI/CD pipelines with tools like GitLab CI and GitHub Actions.

I'm passionate about clean architecture, test-driven development, and mentoring junior developers. I’m currently seeking innovative remote projects where I can bring both my technical expertise and leadership experience to deliver meaningful impact.
