I am interested to work long term, full time and have no issues with time schedule. Able to work during weekends or holidays or overtime should the need arise. I have experienced working for another platform as a Marketplace Quality Representative for the first few years then later was promoted to become a QA for Contentment and Engagement Team that deals with the platform's policies. My experience with them has provided me the skills and deep knowledge of the polices and processes involved in preventing, detecting and rectifying violations committed in the marketplace. Throughout the years I have learned the importance of earning and keeping the company's (and team's) trust. Through their intense training, they taught me how to work individually and as part of the team or family. It has also allowed me to learn to verify user's identity through video verification call.

I have more than 5 years experience as a customer service rep in a call center taking inbound calls for a dental health insurance company based in the US. My tasks was to receive inbound calls and assist caller on the benefits of their patients plans, assisting claims and explaining to caller why they were denied or when it was processed and paid, make adjustments if adjustments are needed, return for adjustments if needed to make additional payments or over payments after verification was provided by the providers.
