We used an app to generate leads (loan officers) on a specific location or state in the US.
We send hundreds of emails to leads asking them if they’re interested in switching and working with my client which is a broker and looks for loan officers.
I also connect with possible prospects using Sales Navigator through LinkedIn.
I respond to their inquiries and entice them to book an appointment and speak directly with my client for further information about the post via Calendly.
I provide them with general information like lower rates, 275 bps per closing, etc.
We use Trello to keep track of the leads and for follow-ups.
I send daily reports about the progress and number of appointments booked or any concern about the tasks at hand.
