I am reliable, hardworking, focused and committed individual with a total of 8 years working experience in customer service, assisting customers around the world, sales and hospitality industry. I was trained in one of the leading call centers and served as a team leader for more than two years.

I can handle emails, phone calls, producing reports, training and other administrative jobs. I am very flexible and I am willing and excited to learn new things. I am also interested to do any jobs related to photography, music, transcribing and reviews as those the things that I do as a hobby. My core is my communication skills, building relationship and my talent. These cores helped me achieved my goals.
