I've been working for 5 years in a work-from-home setup. Just recently, I worked as an admission assistant in a Canada-based account, which included cold calling, appointment setting, and inbound calls. I was also a content moderator for a social media platform where we audit videos and apply violation tags when needed. I've also handled customer service and appointment setting for a US-based company.
Before working from home, I had been in the BPO industry for 11 years (office-based companies). I started as a sales representative for credit card acquisitions. I also handled telco account as a customer service representative. After that, I handled an account as an email support and customer service for both e-commerce and online grocery in the UK.
I am a hard-working, team player, a quick learner, and can work even under pressure. I am always motivated and possess a positive can always do attitude. I can be reliable and can work with minimal or no supervision. I am an independent person and always take full responsibilities of whatever actions I make.
