My name is Mark Louie Tabuga. I am hardworking. I love to learn new things everyday. I had worked as a Desktop Engineer in a call center for 11 years. One of our daily task is to troubleshoot issues with computer software--this could be an application installed on the computer or a web-based tool accessible only when there's Internet connection. I have dealt with trying to duplicate the errors especially if the user who reported it is not on site. In order for me to duplicate the error, I must act as the user & try to perform the step by step actions that he/she has been doing. Once the error has been duplicated, I would do the following:

1. look at the error message & google it for quick solutions that are applicable

2. use tools such as "Who Crashed" & Windows debugger

3. locate & read the error log file of an application in question. I use notepad to read & examine each line.

4. use tool such as Fiddler to examine a web based tool that's showing a "Page Cannot Displayed" error. This tool will help determine if there is a webpage redirection but being blocked by the proxy server

5. use the Developer tools under Internet Explorer, Chrome & FireFox checking if Console is giving out 1 or more errors

I believe my training and experience will allow me to significantly contribute to your company’s Technical Support. In 2015, I transferred from the local Desktops team to the Citrix Admin team. Working from home, I supported both the in-center agents & the work-at-home agents residing around the United States. I had experienced troubleshooting the company’s time tracking and monitoring software. It was created by the company’s in-house software dev. I understand its value & necessity to the remote work environment.
