I am a tenured professional with over two decades of experience. I began my career in the BPO industry, where I spent more than ten years starting as a Customer Service Representative and eventually advancing to middle management roles. Later, I broadened my horizons by working overseas with several major Oil and Gas companies in the Middle East. In these roles, I took on various responsibilities, including office administration, HR and recruitment tasks, and the development of general office policies. Additionally, I served as a Public Relations professional, where my main duty was to liaise with clients and subcontractors. During my time abroad, I also took on the role of an IELTS Trainer/ESL Educator, leveraging my strong proficiency in English. In summary, this is a brief overview of my professional journey
