I’m a Desktop Support Engineer professional with experience delivering support in 24/7 enterprise and production environments. I’ve supported Windows, macOS, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Google Workspace environments, resolving hardware, software, OS, networking, and account-related issues while ensuring minimal downtime for users.

Because I’ve worked in round-the-clock environments, I understand the importance of proper shift handovers, clear documentation in tools like JIRA, and maintaining operational continuity. In addition, I have solid experience with Google Workspace Admin and Microsoft 365, including managing user accounts, permissions, mail flow, and basic security configurations. 

My role has included proactive monitoring of systems and network dashboards, performing backups. I’m comfortable with core networking concepts such as LAN, VPNs, and router configurations, and I’ve used remote support tools to resolve user issues efficiently both in-person and remotely.
