Mark David Zoleta Nono

I have a combined seven years of experience providing customer support and consumer sales in corporate environments for telecommunication, real-estate and franchising industry employers. I started working in the BPO industry way back June of 2009 and have been in the customer service and sales industry ever since. From the BPO community I became a freelancer providing admin and marketing support for clients in the real estate industry. Presently I am a broker associate for a local realtor handling sales for condominium units.

I have an unwavering commitment to customer service, with the ability to build productive relationships, resolve complex issues and win customer loyalty. From my experiences I have learned that building customer trust should always be the number one priority. Most of the time the way we provide our services to our clients will determine if we will have a continued partnership with them.

I have an adept strategic-relationship/partnership-building skill -- I listen attentively, solves problems creatively, and uses tact and diplomacy to find common ground and achieve win-win outcomes for my clients and their customers.

Lastly, I have a keen eye for details and an inclination to data analysis. I am effective at multi-tasking, seamless in the organization of records, a good team player and can work under pressure with minimal supervision.
