I am currently an Analyst (Transcriber) in QA World and I’ve been a transcriber for almost two months now and this type of job involves listening to audio files and generating a transcript of the file as quickly and accurately as possible, and liaising with clients to make sure they're happy with the final documents.
I have experience as well as working as a customer service representative for more than three years, so having this experience I know how important it is to deal with customers. I may have not perfected customer service, but I am empathetic and always want to provide the best services to the customers.
