I have been working in the BPO industry for more than nine years and this honed all the professional skills I possess on virtual assistance. My communication skills are indispensable, and I use it mainly to bridge the gap between client’s and the services the company has to offer. Moreover, I am versatile and quick to learn. I do not have any problems adapting to new information and can quickly catch up to the standard set by the company. If given enough time, I will be able to exceed those. Also, I am very competent in meeting daily quotas, should there be any.
