I have undergone various training in Leadership, Management, Sales and Marketing, Key Account Management programs, Customer profiling / segmentation, Customer Business Plan, Persuasive Selling, Trade Promotion Spend Management and was awarded Top in Operational Efficiencies via Performance Assessment System last March 2015 in my company. When I became Regional Sales Supervisor, I was able to practice my coaching skills through my Account Executives, and I placed high regard on that.
