I have accumulated more than 10 years of experience being a part of the BPO industry as a Technical Leader (Xbox campaign for hardware, billing, live accounts) and Sales Specialist (AT&T home phone, cable and internet); Team Leader in one of our country's leading telecommunication company for handling their social media campaign and Operations Manager in training as well.
Throughout the years I've developed my marketing skills, social media virtuosity and leadership capacity. I've also become a Social Media Manager (Virtual Assistant) responsible for planning, executing and evaluating social media campaigns according to predetermined timelines and budgets. Building and managing social media terms and ensuring quality control throughout project life are central to my position.
In line with my job, I'm also a freelance graphic designer. Skilled with Photoshop and other designing software. I have enjoyed doing graphic designs with local and international clients like Milo, Lazada, We Clean Bed Bugs, Saniderm Tattoo aftercare, Portland's Sadle Real Estate Team, Powerhouse Dialling, Unwinding Autism, Voice to Word Consultation Inc, and Serra Homes Ltd. I also put my creative juices into work by editing professional looking videos with Adobe Premier Pro and Filmora.
